Is in normal for yor lip to be swollen after getting it piercied?

Yea I would think so. It just might have a reaction to it from getting it pierced. So it should be fine. If it hurts, then put ice on it or eat ice cream or a slushie or something cold to help it get numb and heal up. Hope this helped! :]
