What to do please advise?

About two weeks ago I gave a lady Friend a ticket to a sold out show. I knew someone that work there so I managed to pulled a ticket. I was friendly in the letter that I sent with it. I was hoping to tell her when I go with her on the train. But one of her children object to the fact that I had given it to her. I later on found out that One of her friends drop out of seeing the show a couple of days later so her child is going with her.She said that she was very touched and that her head was spinning with stuff right now. I did say I had a back up present in case I could not get the other one in time. She said that she would catch up with me at some point.That was two weeks ago. I have not heard from her since. The show in 7 Days. Is this a case of no news is good news or not? Part of me thinks she has forgotten. But with her going to the other show she must of remembered. It now to late for me to sell it on. It is a show You can go to more than once and experience something new each time. What should I do. I do work with her child and she has stop speaking to me completely now. Please Help.
