Dog ate foreign object?

Hey i have a 4 yr old yorkie and she has diareah and blood is comming out and she acts sick. I think she swallowed something. She likes to eat hairbows and stuff like that if they are left out, but there were no hairbows or anything like that left out ao i dont know what it could be. Maybe it was a bobby pin or something. And this sounds bad but we can not afford to make an emergency call to the vets in the middle of the night. Do you think it will pass? Why is she bleeding? and is there anything that we could do to help her or to help it pass?
