Need a workout routine without weights (10 pts)?

I'm 17 and i need a workout routine i can do at home with household objects and without equipment or weights. I'm mainly trying to get muscle definition in my chest, back, and stomach. If anyone can help me out and just give me a brief explanation of a workout routine i can do including how many sets and reps of a certain exercise to do, i'd appreciate it and i could just look up on youtube how to do each exercise. thanks
