Does this guy like me?

It's hard to tell. If he never talks to you in school it could be shyness or lack of interest. Talk about it to him on Skype. Say something like, "We always talk on Skype but we never do in person... it's so weird" so as to not sound creepy, clingy, and controlling. He at least likes you a little bit though because of his willingness to talk to you for hours, even if it is over the internet.
